Mindfulness-Based Cancer Stress Management

Have you or someone in your family had a cancer diagnosis? Are you looking for ways to manage feelings of stress and anxiety? Evidence has shown mindfulness can reduce the impact of distress for many people affected by cancer.

Our eight-week (one session per week) group program is based on mindfulness meditation, and aims to help you better manage some of the difficult thoughts and emotions that can arise when facing the challenges of cancer.

'The course has given me valuable tools to use, real experiences of peace of mind and contentment amongst the torrent of thoughts and emotions which are part of my life just now.' Past participant

'The course provided me with the opportunity to develop skills which have proved to be an incredibly valuable support as my husband and I walked the cancer path.' Denise - Past participant
